Developers Jas Bhogal, Thomas Calus and Nick Colavito, working under the name Alexandra Partners, submitted detailed plans with the Boston Planning & Development Agency to redevelop and expand the Alexandra Hotel building at Washington Street and Massachusetts Avenue in the South End.
